Wood Carving

     Trained in Japan on elaborate, fanciful dragons, and other temple sculptures, Toshi continues his interest in fine wood carving, mostly on sign boards such as the stunning sign for Gonpachi Beverly Hills (pictured above). He also often features carved elements on his furniture pieces whenever it is appropriate.
